David Hutcheson - Steward COO
“Fintech UX is a notoriously difficult design discipline, and there are few industries that would be more challenging to design this for than agriculture. But that is exactly what Sasha stepped up to do when working with Steward. She isn't put off by complex systems and user friction, but rather is enthusiastic about the impact her solving these puzzles will have.
When I started looking to bring on a designer, I had hoped for someone who could finesse our user experience and incrementally improve functionality. Within a short time, Sasha went above and beyond this—producing comprehensive user flow charts, graphical asset libraries and scalable design tools that will help streamline our processes well into the future. All the while learning about an industry and customer type she had no prior experience with! Sasha is multi-talented, able to produce thoughtful UX wireframes but also incredible illustration and print design, adding value beyond our product to marketing material and internal company assets.
Sasha is quickly developing a dynamic and exciting portfolio of work that will serve her future collaborators well.”
Gaith Kawar - Design Director at Claris/Apple
“I am writing to highly recommend Sasha for any product design opportunity. As a designer at Claris/Apple, Sasha consistently demonstrated strong attention to detail and an insatiable appetite for learning and growth. Her background in art translates to a keen eye for visual design, and she made great progress in strengthening her UX skills during her time with us. Sasha was not afraid to take on complex projects and consistently delivered excellent results. In addition to her own work, she actively contributed to team-wide design reviews and was always looking for ways to improve and help other designers succeed. Sasha is passionate about her work and I have no doubt she will continue to excel in any design role she pursues.”
